Eligibility 
 

1. Minimum 50% marks in aggregate  in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination Or 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
2. Minimum 40% marks at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA).NATA is a specially designed aptitude test in Architecture and is  held 3 to 4 times between April and July.

Weightage of marks for Admission:
• 10+2 with PCM or equivalent examination marks: 50%
• NATA: 50%

Intake 
 Centralized Admissions:
The total present intake at B. Arch level is 40. Government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Cell allocates 80% (32) of the seats through its centralized admission process. For details refer the website Government of Maharashtra, State Common Entrance Cell.
Institute Level Seats:
Out of the total present intake of 40 seats at VCAAD, 20% (08) seats are to be filled at the Institute Level, and candidates registered with the DTE may approach VCAAD for direct admission.
